He had a shelf life just like Granato did. They all do. Even Trotz will be done one day.

It would for sure be a risky hire, but I think it has potential to really work out. Also Sherman is remaining as GM however with a more limited role than before

I agree! As well, doesn't say much for Sherman's tenure as Sakic is the one apparently making the deal with Roy. Isn't that the GM's job?
